À Bordeaux où le vin tient une place importante, le journal régional Sud-Ouest a posé la question. Pour y répondre, son journaliste Xavier Sota a probablement trouvé la meilleure personne : le professeur Fabrizio Bucella, auteur du livre « Pourquoi boit-on du vin ? ».
Dans un article publié début juin, le quotidien présente Fabrizio Bucella au public bordelais qui ne le connaitrait pas : « L’homme est docteur en sciences et professeur à l’Université libre de Bruxelles. Épris de science dure et passionné de vin ». Ce n’est pas tout : « Il dirige en parallèle une école d’œnologie à Bruxelles [bonjour, c’est nous !], intervient à l’Université de Bordeaux en master 2 du droit de la vigne, mais aussi à l’Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne ».
Avec son livre intitulé « Pourquoi boit-on du vin ? » (aux éditions Dunod), Fabrizio Bucella partage « pas une, mais un vaste assemblage de réponses », des réponses qui ne s’appliquent pas qu’aux bordelais, mais aussi à tous les êtres humains… ainsi qu’à certains animaux. Des réponses parfois étonnantes qui ont toutes passionné le public présent à la « conférence et dédicaces autour du livre, le mardi 4 juin, au CIVB ».
Organisée par le Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux (CIVB), la conférence donnée par Fabrizio Bucella a réuni une quarantaine de personnes. Parmi eux, Jean Saric (professeur et chirurgien spécialiste du foie), Sylvain Boisvert (directeur du Conseil des Grands Crus Classés en 1855), Christophe Château (directeur de la communication du CIVB), Henry Clemens (rédacteur en chef de Junkpage)… et également des étudiants du Master 2 Droit de la vigne et du vin de l’Université de Bordeaux.
Après la conférence, le public a pu échanger avec Fabrizio autour d’un verre… de vin, bien sûr. Pendant ce moment, plusieurs curieux ont pu se procurer le livre « Pourquoi boit-on du vin ? » ainsi que l’autre livre de Fabrizio Bucella « L’Anti-guide du vin » (également aux éditions Dunod), mis en vente sur place par la librairie Mollat et dédicacés par l’auteur. « Une très belle ambiance ! » nous a partagé Fabrizio Bucella.
